Iain is the Director for election official (stakeholder) outreach and relations management. In that capacity he is responsible for communicating with 200 elections officials across the nation who provide input on requirements for verifiable, accurate, secure, and transparent election administration technology design. Iain also provides field support to jurisdictions piloting, prototyping, or testing election technology research innovations from the TrustTheVote Project. Iain also provides program management for a major subsystem of ElectOS called VoteStream, the elections results reporting system/service.

Iain graduated with Honors from Richmond, the American International University in London with a degree accredited in both the United States and the United Kingdom. More recently, he completed the Coro Fellowship in Public affairs, an intensive full-time leadership development program.
